We offer cleaning services for: Preschools, all grade public and private schools, childcare facilities, and other educational sites. Daily Light Cleaning and Floor Services * Dusting and mopping of all floors (with Green products) o Sinks and drains are cleared of debris, disinfected and cleaned o All fixtures are cleaned and polished when possible o Any fixture that require refills is filled o Walls are cleaned * Infant/Toddler Rooms * Changing Areas * Playrooms * Waiting Rooms * Eating Areas * Furniture in ANY of the above areas Our services also include daily floor cleaning of: * Hallways, waiting areas, and lobbies * Carpet cleaning * Washing of walls * Striping and refinishing floors * Trash removal of indoor and outdoor trash receptacles * Outdoor Maintenance Cleaning of all bathrooms is especially important with so many young children together in one room, who can be very messy. * All items in visible area are disinfected and sanitized. * The trash is taken out and the garbage bin is cleaned * Any Grout is scrubbed * Drains are cleared of debris and cleaned * All fixtures cleaned and shined when possible * All mirrors are made crystal clear * Any mold or mildew is treated with the proper chemicals * After treatment mold or mildew is scrubbed free * All surfaces treated with harsh chemicals are rinsed afterward * No risk of skin damaging chemical residue will remain once finished Special attention is paid to flooring in all these areas. They are especially important in these environments for exuding cleanliness and for safety of the children in not becoming slippery. We also offer waxing. The process of floor waxing increases the life span of a floor and reduces the frequency of cleaning needs because it will not absorb dirt, debris or oils. Further, this keeps the floor color more radiant, often brightening the room overall and making it more aesthetically pleasing. For carpeted floors, regular cleanings are even more important. Carpets are basically sponges for dirt, debris, dust and oils. Any carpet or rug more than one year old should undergo a deep cleaning. Customers with allergies may notice symptoms in your store if carpets go uncleaned. We also clean the exterior surroundings of the building and pick up any trash. Also, any attached or affiliated parking garages should also be included in the regular cleanings, as they are often neglected and forgotten areas where things such as fast food waste build up under and around vehicles, attracting unwanted animals. An infestation of rodents can jeopardize the safety of an entire building. We use US regulated cleaners to insure infection control in the facility. There is no guarantee or sure fire way to remove all germs from the area but using these regulated cleaners help to combat any illness found on the surfaces in the facility. They are free of dangerous chemicals and are only effective on killing germs and bacteria. Our cleaning service is available on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Yearly appointments are not available for this service. We are also open to special circumstance contracts. With your help and approval we create cleaning schedule for the facility to be followed to the “T” by our highly trained staff. We also take a monthly report to ensure you are satisfied with our services and to make any changes needed to the schedule or services.
