This service includes: Towels (washing, drying, folding, and stored), maintenance of sanitizing stations around the facility, trash taken out and bags replaces, spot/scuff cleaning, disinfecting all hard surfaces and equipment, deep cleaning of showers and locker rooms, tanning areas maintained and disinfected, remove any bad odor from the facility. o It is a known fact that health clinics and medical facilities are a massive breeding ground for germs and bacteria. Our company is trained to clean the facilities to be up to health code standards and we strive to not just meet the standards but go above and beyond them. The services for health and medical facilities include cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing of: Floors, all surfaces (grout, seams, and corners included), Patient appointment rooms and waiting areas, walls and windows. We also refill any paper product and sanitizing stations. Outside maintenance is included also. ATTENTION- Our Company does NOT clean, sanitize, or disinfect ANY operation rooms or medical instruments. Our staff is NOT trained to do so and we are NOT license for that type of cleaning. Upon Request we can refer you to a company to manage those needs.

* Post Construction Clean Up
o Post construction clean-up is a big hassle and our post construction clean up service can take that burden and take care of it for you. We clean up the post construction mess in a quick and timely manner because we know your time is limited and the longer we take to clean up the more time it will take you to get back on schedule with selling the property or moving into the property. Our service are as follows: All surfaces, floors, stainless steel, walls, and rooms will be scrubbed top to bottom to remove any debris on the surfaces. We also train our staff to safely remove plaster dust so it doesn’t make its way into anyone’s lungs. The cleaning and dusting of ceiling pipes, ducts, all fixtures, lights, and vents, glass and windows. The majority of our post construction clean up specialists have construction experience and the other staff that do not have extensive training and shadowing in the specialty.

o Our property maintenance services apply to: Corporate buildings, homes, apartments, and rental properties. Services for these properties include: Maintaining wood finishes, plumbing, roofing, floor waxing, roofing, glazing, air conditioning, lock box installation, painting services, board ups for vacant properties, drywall repair, and inspection services. Our lawn maintenance services include: Mowing, weed whacking (edging), sprinkler maintenance, light mulching, and snow blowing in the winter. We also offer winterization for all properties. Maintenance is extremely important to any property not only to keep it beautiful but to also keep it functional and up to state standards. Our staff are more than happy to take care of the property, maintaining it in such a way to look safe and inviting.
We ask that security cameras be left on while we clean to insure you know everything that goes on during our cleaning and if ANYTHING comes up missing that it will be on camera and we that employee can be dealt with by our company and the proper authorities.
