Our restaurant and bar cleaning services are as follows: * Kitchen floors are cleaned and waxed * Stove hood and all ventilation is cleaned * All equipment is cleaned and polished in preparation for the next business day * All food preparation spaces are cleaned and disinfected. * Weekly any walk in refrigerators/freezers will be cleaned out and disinfected * All kitchen drains are emptied and cleaned * All fixtures cleaned and shined when possible * The Dishwasher is cleared of items and checked for mold or mildew washed * Bar tops are cleaned and all drink preparation areas are disinfected * All alcohol bottles are cleaned * All ice holding areas are emptied and cleaned * Carpet is vacuumed and cleaned * All upholstery on chairs and waiting areas are cleaned * Foyer is dusted and cleaned. All door knobs are disinfected * Trash picked up around outdoor building surroundings Bathrooms: * All items in visible area are disinfected and sanitized. * The trash is taken out and the garbage bin is cleaned * Drains are cleared of debris and cleaned * All fixtures cleaned and shined when possible * Any mold or mildew is treated with the proper chemicals * After treatment mold or mildew is scrubbed free * All surfaces treated with harsh chemicals are rinsed afterward * No risk of skin damaging chemical residue will remain once finished * All the paper products are refilled * All mirrors and windows are cleaned * Tiles are hand scrubbed and grout cleaned Any attached or affiliated parking garages should also be included in the regular cleanings, as they are often neglected and forgotten areas where things such as fast food waste build up under and around vehicles, attracting unwanted animals. An infestation of rodents can jeopardize the safety of an entire building. Our cleaning service is available on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Yearly appointments are not available for this service. We are also open to special circumstance contracts. We ask that security cameras be left on while we clean to insure you know everything that goes on during our cleaning and if ANYTHING comes up missing that it will be on camera and we that employee can be dealt with by our company and the proper authorities.
