Our property maintenance services apply to: Corporate buildings, homes, apartments, and rental properties. Services for these properties include: Maintaining wood finishes, plumbing, roofing, floor waxing, roofing, glazing, air conditioning, lock box installation, painting services, board ups for vacant properties, drywall repair, and inspection services. Our lawn maintenance services include: Mowing, weed whacking (edging), sprinkler maintenance, light mulching, and snow blowing in the winter. We also offer winterization for all properties.

The property is often the first thing potential clients see; so keeping it trimmed and clean will always give potential clients a good first impression. The second part of the company potential clients see is the inside of the space. We offer deep cleaning services for everything that our property maintenance service doesn’t include.

A deep cleaning entails:

o All surfaces including floors are disinfected and sanitized



o Trash is taken out and garbage bin is cleaned and disinfected



o Drains are cleared of debris and cleaned



o Grout scrubbed- to remove any stains or discolorations that may have occurred in the last year.



o All fixtures cleaned and polished- Please refer to the Lights and Fixtures section on this page.



o Any mold or mildew treated with chemicals- Our employees are trained on how to remove small mold and mildew spots but for bigger jobs a professional should be contacted.



o All surfaces treated with harsh chemicals are rinsed afterward



o No risk of skin damaging chemical residue will remain once finished



o Lights and fixtures are disassembled and cleaned piece by piece. We are very careful with all light bulbs, glass fixtures, etc.… We replace bulbs, and can even install new fixtures if informed while making the appointment. In addition to the fixtures being cleaned they will be polished and secured back into their original place.

Carpet cleaning is highly suggested to accompany a deep cleaning. Carpet cleaning is
a must in any public building. Carpets are basically sponges for dirt, debris, dust and
oils. Any carpet or rug more than one year old should undergo a deep cleaning. Any carpets and or rugs should be cleaned before you move into a new home or apartment.

We are licensed and insured to provide the BEST property maintenance for your company. We have recently come to offer our services to the entire state of Indiana as our company continues to grow. The services listed are just the basics, they are not a strict set list. If there is a service not listed here please feel free to contact us and request it; we will do our best to accommodate you and have that service taken care of. Our property maintenance is available on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Yearly appointments are not available for this service. We are also open to special circumstance contracts.

If you are dissatisfied with our services in any way please don’t hesitate to call and let us know. After a few questions about the service and why you are dissatisfied we will do the service again while supervised. If something goes wrong we will gladly refund the money for the services.
