carpet cleaning
Carpet cleaning is a must in any building. Carpets are basically
sponges for dirt, debris, dust and oils. They can improve or greatly
damage the air quality of a room by giving off or holding in odors. Any
carpet or rug more than one year old should undergo a deep cleaning. Any
carpets and or rugs should be cleaned before you move your business
into a new building.
Having your carpet professionally cleaned not only improves the quality of air in the building but it also makes the area safer for you and your clientele. This is also especially important for individuals who have allergies. The inevitable build up that occurs in carpets and rugs can have a drastic negative effect on these individuals, causing allergic reactions and symptoms such as coughing, sneezing, red or itchy eyes and even head aches. Having the carpet professionally cleaned has the potential of removing set in stains, deep set crumbs or other food or edible matter. Such things may go unnoticed to the untrained eye, however our professional cleaners understand that these are hot beds for bacteria and attractions for insects. And all of these negatives will only result in your business being less attractive to customers and causing your employees to be less productive Our company has many more steps to cleaning the carpet in your business including; pre-inspection, pre-spot cleaning, pre-grooming, pre-spray, and pre-vacuum. Plus your furniture is carefully moved and protected before any cleaning is done. Many, many, steps to be positive that the carpet is perfectly clean and you are more than satisfied. Step to our carpet cleaning 1. Pre-cleaning walk through a. We walk through your business with you to determine the soil level of the carpet, look at any stains, and address any questions or concerns you have. Any potential permanent stains will be pointed out at the time of the pre-walk through. 2. Pre-Vacuum a. Our company goes through the home (carpeting) with a commercial vacuum and pick up and preliminary dust, dirt, or contaminants that are in the carpet. It helps with the step three in our carpet cleaning process. Keeping the dry contaminants in the carpet from sinking further in during the pre-spot and pre-spray. 3. Pre-Spot a. Go through the home and spot treat all stains (new and set in). 4. Pre-Spray and groom a. Condition the carpet to help loosen more of the stains and discoloration of high traffic areas so more can be extracted 5. Rinse and extract a. After step 4 has been completed and all contaminants loosened we go through and take out all left over dirt etc. out of the carpet. Our sweeper uses heat and water to extract these contaminants and keeps the carpet from being over soaked by using pressure and suction to quickly rinse, extract, and pick the excess water. 6. Quick dry a. Large industrial fans are placed on the carpets to speed up drying so you can get back into your home quickly. 7. Carpet Grooming a. A carpet rake is used to put all the pile in the same direction to help with drying and to make your carpet look beautiful and new. 8. Post walk through a. This is the final step of our carpet cleaning process. We walk through the area with you and show you the amazing results. This is a very important step because we as a company want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with our work. Our cleaning service is available on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
