Our cleaning services for health and medical clinics are as follows: * Pre-screening appointment prior to first cleaning. Only to determine what we materials, solutions, and equipment needed for the cleaning. * We prefer to clean the space during non-business hours due to the decreased air quality while cleaning occurs. This protects patients that may have respiratory issues. * We deep clean all soft surfaces in both the clinical and non-clinical areas such as carpet and furniture. We clean the carpet with quick drying solutions to limit down time. * Wax all flooring that can be waxed * Special attention is paid to carpeted areas as they can absorb and breed bacteria and germs * Dusting all surfaces * Deep cleaning all hard surfaces * Drains are cleared of debris and cleaned * The trash is taken out and the garbage bin is cleaned * All grout and in between surfaces will be deep cleaned due to the fact that those spaces are breeding grounds for bacteria * Bathroom - All items in visible area are disinfected and sanitized. * All fixtures cleaned and shined when possible * All mirrors are made crystal clear * Any mold or mildew is treated with the proper chemicals * After treatment mold or mildew is scrubbed free * All surfaces treated with harsh chemicals are rinsed afterward * No risk of skin damaging chemical residue will remain once finished * Cleaning and disinfecting the walls * Windows will be washed and be left streak free * Refilling of all the paper products used in the restrooms and waiting rooms. * Special attention is paid to all furniture in the waiting rooms * Employee kitchens are cleaned in detail also * The Refrigerator is cleared of items and checked for mold or mildew and washed * The floor is swept and mopped if flooring material allows * The oven and microwave is cleaned inside and out * Each cabinet is cleared of items and dusted inside and out * The Dishwasher is cleared of items and checked for mold or mildew washed * All fixtures cleaned and shined when possible * Appliances taken apart, cleaned, and disinfected * Outside of the clinic will be cleaned. We provide this in our service because patients coming to the office perceive how clean the office is by how clean and neatly kept the outside is. * We suggest establishing a contract for regular cleanings which can occur weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. * We are open to special circumstance contracts too * Other services can be provided upon request ATTENTION! We do not clean medical instruments or equipment. We are only licensed to clean the space. We do not have a license and our company is not trained to handle any medical instruments or equipment. We ask that security cameras be left on while we clean to insure you know everything that goes on during our cleaning and if ANYTHING comes up missing that it will be on camera and we that employee can be dealt with by our company and the proper authorities.
